The main role of a project manager at Softwarepark is to make all of this as easy as possible. Besides, project managers typically are also requirements engineers, consultants, and engage in other activities based on their skills and motivation.

You have developed a specific PM approach based on your own personality and values
You have experience with remote teams
You can argue both for the usefulness and uselessness of project management certificates (whether you have some or not)

Salary
We offer a salary of EUR 2.518 monthly gross set by the IT-collective bargaining agreement. Negotiable based on your expertise.
